Deposit and cancellation policy
In order for us to be able to count on your booking and adjust the availability of our holiday flats accordingly, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount up to 5 days after booking. The account details are as follows:

- Free cancellation up to 61 days before arrival.
- If the cancellation takes place 60 or fewer days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
Please note that this amount will only be charged if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. Otherwise we will refund the amount already paid. If only part of the booked period is re-let, the cancellation costs will be adjusted accordingly.
